Crosslane Property Group UK Limited (CPG) is a student centric real estate company specialising in acquiring, developing and managing Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) assets across the UK & the Republic of Ireland.

CPG is a holding company for Crosslane Student Developments (CSD) the Crosslane UK student development business which started activities in 2011 and Prime Student Living the Crosslane UK student accommodation lettings and operational management business established in 2008.

The formal integration of these specialist businesses under one umbrella and common ownership, demonstrates the differentiated approach and commitment to delivering a full end-to-end service provider in the UK student accommodation market.

The highly experienced management team have been instrumental in securing pipeline opportunities, utilising their extensive knowledge and network in the sector to identify and capitalise on development opportunities off-market, directly from vendors and landlords.

CPG has a successful track record, having developed 30 modern, high quality PBSA assets across 22 UK cities on time and on cost, representing 7,128 beds.

In addition, CPG is making good progress on securing a pipeline of high quality student accommodation assets with a gross development value in excess of £1bn over the next 5 years.

CPG delivers optimal returns through its robust project management which is vital for opening PBSA assets in time for the start of the university term. The experienced team has developed tens of thousands of PBSA beds within their careers and with its full end-to-end service approach CPG has a proven model, tailoring each scheme to each local market, from site acquisition through to completion and management.

CPG via Prime has experience managing 23 PBSA assets across 17 UK cities representing 5,530 beds, providing scale and operational efficiencies. Through its annual resident survey Prime has attained a 94% overall customer satisfaction score and has a track record of achieving high levels of occupancy, with 98% occupancy for the properties under management in the 2018/19 academic year.

In addition to property development and lettings and operational management, CPG also has a track record of asset management, to ensure assets continue to maximise income growth, capital growth and reduced operating costs via proactive management of the fabric of the building, as well as investment management, providing recommendations to clients on asset acquisition, disposal and debt arrangement. In doing so, CPG provides a one-stop-shop for PBSA service provision to clients.
