2021

  • PBSA future development pipeline grows with over 4,000 beds now secured for delivery in 2023 & 2024
  • Crosslane commences full refurbishment programme of two assets in Germany and agrees sale to German fund
  • Planning applications submitted for the first residential developments in Liverpool & Glasgow with several further development opportunities secured creating a residential portfolio of over 2,000 beds for delivery in 2023
  • Planning applications submitted for several PBSA developments across a number of cities for delivery in 2023

2020

  • Crosslane acquires two assets in Germany totalling 490 beds
  • First residential development opportunities secured for delivery in 2023
  • PBSA future development pipeline grows with over 4,000 beds now secured for delivery in 2023 & 2024

2019

  • Completion of largest PBSA development by CSD in Coventry with 614 beds fully let by PSL for the 2019/20 academic year
  • Creation of a new all-inclusive residential development proposition for millennials in major city centres
  • PBSA future development pipeline secured with over 2,000 beds for delivery in 2023

2018

  • CPG enters into Joint venture with Harrison Street Real Estate comprising 1,294 beds representing £125m GDV
  • The first new-build PBSA development within the HSRE JV successfully delivered & fully let for 2018/19 academic year​
  • CPG secures two further PBSA developments with the Harrison Street Real Estate Joint Venture representing a further 659 beds bringing the total bed number in the JV to 1,956

2017

  • CPG successfully completes three new-build PBSA developments comprising 808 beds selling two of these to Unite

2016

  • CSD completes PBSA development converting an office building in Newcastle to new PBSA comprising 147 beds​
  • Crosslane Property Group (CPG) established and brought together with PSL to combine the specialist services provided by these two companies into one end-to-end service provider to the UK student accommodation sector​managed by Unite

2015

  • CSD completes 4 new-build PBSA developments comprising 951 beds​
  • CSD completes sale of 2 further new-build PBSA developments to Unite and Knightsbridge (comprising 518 beds)​
  • PSL becomes the only PBSA operator to manage a Unite property not being managed by Unite
  • PBSA portfolio under PSL management exceeds 2,000 beds

2014

  • CSD delivers first new-build PBSA properties in the UK (2 assets comprising 349 beds)

2013

  • PSL secures contract to manage the Victus European Student Accommodation Fund UK PBSA portfolio

2012

  • PBSA portfolio under management by PSL exceeds 1,000 beds

2011

  • Crosslane Student Developments (CSD) established to develop PBSA property
  • First UK asset acquired for development into PBSA

2010

  • PBSA portfolio under management by PSL exceeds 500 beds

2008

  • Prime Student Living (PSL) established
