Since arriving at Prime Tommy has overseen the growth in bed numbers that Prime manages from 300 to 3,000 as well as developing an experienced and dedicated operations team of over 30 staff across 3 countries

A former Regional Operations Director for Unite PLC, Tommy was directly responsible for Unite’s North West Region with 8000 beds and 18 properties. A portfolio valued at £650m with a turnover of £28m. Tommy worked for Unite for 11 years from 2000 to 2011 in various operational roles. In his role at Unite Tommy was responsible for the direction and development of a team totalling 58 people, including Operations Managers and Customer Service Managers

Pippa has built strong relationships with all key university contacts within her region, she has recruited and developed her property managers to a high standard and thrives on the challenge of managing budget & Sales performance to achieve success.

Pippa Has 8 years experience in the Student accommodation sector having worked for UNITE for 6 years during this time she worked as property manager onsite and laterally in her role was Operations Manager in Aberdeen with overall responsibility for 1821 beds across 5 properties with a turnover in excess of 8M.


Lindsey Harding – UK Regional Operations Manager South

At Prime, Lindsey has mobilised Harbour Court and delivered an 80% customer satisfaction score and implemented all aspects of the Operational workings for the property and working closely with contractors and developers to ensure the site was ready for check in.

Lindsey has 9 years management experience within Unite covering numerous properties within both Liverpool and Bristol. Always working closely with Universities to forge strong relationships. In Bristol, he developed a struggling University relationship across 2 sites and over 3 years turned this into a thriving partnership where the University took 9 properties under a mixture of Lease and Nomination agreements.
