With a completed property portfolio of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) assets across Europe comprising over 3,100 beds and valued at over €250 million, Crosslane has an established and proven track record for identifying, developing and managing sustainable student accommodation solutions of the future, which provide long term investment returns.
Using the knowledge and expertise gained in the student development sector, Crosslane identified a gap in the residential development market ripe for exploitation, forming a separate company within the organisation to capitalise on this opportunity, creating Crosslane Residential Developments.
Crosslane created its own operational platform in 2008 establishing the Prime Student Living business to manage properties developed by Crosslane Student Developments, to ensure maximum long term investment yields. Since this time, Prime Student Living has grown and progressed to become a successful standalone European lettings & operational management business, currently operating a portfolio of 15 student accommodation properties, managing 2,987 rooms in 12 major university cities throughout the UK and Germany for a number of different clients.
