Prime Student Living – the property management, marketing, and lettings arm of the Crosslane Property Group – is pleased to announce that it has been nominated by students as finalist for three National Student Housing Awards in the following categories:

Best Private Halls Provider – awarded to the private hall provider achieving the highest ‘overall satisfaction’ ratings in its halls.

Best Customer Service – awarded to the university or private halls provider achieving the best combined ratings for key customer satisfaction measures.

Best Student Community – awarded to the provider achieving the best ratings from students for a ‘strong sense of community’

The annual National Student Housing Awards are unique – taking no written nominations, and no feedback from judges. Instead, the awards are based 100% upon direct feedback from tens of thousands of home and international students across the UK, drawn from the annual National Student Housing Survey. The 2018 survey attracted over 30,000 responses from students across the breadth of the country.

Steve Goldstraw, Managing Director, Prime Student Living, said: “Prime Student Living is delighted to have been nominated as finalists for not one, but three National Student Housing Awards this year. Considering that the awards are based upon direct feedback from students themselves, this is testament to the quality service offered by Prime Student Living, with a 94% overall student satisfaction rate according to our own most recent survey.”

The awards announcements will take place during a special online broadcast in September.
