Crosslane Dutch Developments see opportunity in developing independent student housing with associated general services. We aspire to build a portfolio of 2,500 bedrooms through the development of new buildings and the acquisition and renovation of existing operational student housing assets.

We are seeking the following opportunities:

  • Existing student housing residences with refurbishment potential
  • Development sites Conversion of buildings with alternative uses (for example office buildings and hotels)
  • Scale 150 to 500 bedrooms

Crosslane created the Prime Student Living business in 2007 in order to manage properties developed by Crosslane Student Developments.

Prime Student Living employ an experienced in-house team that provide support for clients from the inception of student developments, advising on design and specification to full mobilisation of new schemes. Prime Student living specialise in all aspects of site management including sales & marketing, customer service, and health & safety management.

Properties developed in The Netherlands will be managed by Crosslane via the Prime Student Living brand.
