Secured Development Pipeline

CPG has 4 sites under construction and 7 secure sites in its future development pipeline to deliver a portfolio of over 3,000 beds over a two year period, with all of these sites already having planning consent and 3 of the 7 secure sites CPG has submitted amended planning applications to increase beds numbers through design efficiencies to drive increased returns.

In addition, a further 25 opportunities have been identified comprising circa 7,000 additional beds.

The scale of the future pipeline, in addition to beds already developed, means CPG would become one of the major players in the PBSA sector by 2021.
