Investment Criteria

Crosslane see opportunity in developing student housing with associated property management services. We aspire to build a portfolio of 10,000 student units in France over the next 5 years through the development of new buildings and the acquisition and renovation of existing operational student housing assets.

We are seeking the following opportunities:
•   Existing student residences with refurbishment potential
•   Conversion of buildings with alternative uses (for example office buildings and hotels)
•  Development sites

Scale: 100 – 500 bedrooms

Site criteria
•   Local planning laws must allow for residential use
•   The land or existing property must be in a residential areas shops and sports/leisure facilities nearby with good transport links (bus, train, tram, underground, etc.)
