Students Vote Prime Student Living ‘Best Student Community’ at National Student Housing Awards
Prime Student Living - the property management, marketing, and lettings arm of the Crosslane Property Group – has won Best Student Community at the National Student Housing Awards 2018, which students directly voted for.
The annual National Student Housing Awards are unique as they are based 100% upon direct feedback from tens of thousands of domestic and international students across the UK, drawn from the annual National Student Housing Survey. The 2018 survey attracted over 30,000 responses from students across the UK, with Prime Student Living achieving the highest ratings for creating a ‘strong sense of community.’
Prime also received the International Accommodation Quality Mark. This was awarded to those who achieved 90% or higher satisfaction rating among international students.

At the core of Prime Student Living is our desire to go above and beyond typical student accommodation preconceptions, to set and raise the bar for students’ first experiences living away from home and support them on their journey of discovery, personal growth and independence.
Steve Goldstraw, Managing Director, Prime Student Living, said: “These awards are testament to the commitment and innovation which the team has demonstrated in each of our developments over the last ten years. They recognise the unique level of support and guidance which the team provides to our residents and also mark a milestone in the growth and development of the business.”
